MUI doesn't currently support multiple accounts under the same organisation, so there is only one email tied to the account. We recommend sharing login details, or just having one individual responsible for managing the account.
The reason we don't support multiple accounts is that the portal is mainly for order management, not license management.
Licenses are not named and are not user- or name-based. MUI uses a floating license model, where licenses are counted by the number of developers actively using MUI Premium at any given time, rather than being tied to specific individuals. There's no installer like in the case of end-user applications. Our MUI X libraries are sets of components for developers and are usually installed directly into developers' projects using terminal commands.
If you need to purchase more seats on an existing license, you can contact us at sales@mui.com - license seats are co-termed to expire on the same date.
Switching users
If the person tied to your MUI order has left your organisation, or you simply need to update the email address tied to your account, contact us at support@mui.com. We'll likely need to confirm your order ID before changing the email address tied to your order.
