How do I delete my account?

If you'd like to permanently delete your account and associated data, we’re happy to help.

Steps

To request your account deletion, please contact us by emailing legal@mui.com. For verification purposes, please email us from the email address associated with your account.

Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the confirmation process and complete the deletion in line with GDPR and similar regulations.

What to expect

• You'll receive an email asking you to confirm your deletion request.

• After confirmation, we’ll erase your data from our systems.

• You’ll receive a follow-up once the process is complete.

If you change your mind before confirming the request, no data will be deleted.
