Technical support for each item will be provided by the author, and is available for 6 months from the purchase date. Be advised that authors cannot troubleshoot or give guidance about how other plugins or assets may or may not work with their template.

Please note that response times may vary depending on availability, but generally you can expect a response within within 24 business hours. To expedite your support request, some common suggestions are as follows:

• Share a link to your website or code (CodeSandbox, StackBlitz, etc.)
