How do I access an item I've purchased?

From your account dashboard

You can download the latest version of the item from your account dashboard by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to the download history page.
3. Click on the Download button next to the item you are interested in.

⚠️ A bug in the platform prevents you from downloading the item once the the updates period expires (see date in the "Expires" column). You can contact support if you need to access a previous version. However, please note that the Standard and Extended licenses only cover a single end product.

Email download link

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email from us to download the current version of the item. Note that you need to be logged in to download the item.

⚠️ The link in the email stops working as soon as a new update is released. For new updates, please follow the "From your account dashboard" instructions.
