Please know that we try as much as possible to centralize all MUI X support requests as GitHub issues - they are public, allowing our community to access a large data set of Q&As, like on Stack Overflow, and automatically receive notifications/updates as issues are being resolved.
When creating a GitHub issue, it's best to include your Order ID (or Support key) to help the team prioritize based on the following support levels:
- MUI X Pro: these issues are given more attention than the ones from the community.
- MUI X Premium: the same as MUI X Pro, but with higher priority.
- MUI X Priority Support add-on for Enterprise: provides a 24h SLA for the first answer.
